Public Safety Training Center

The Training Center houses a burn tower and police shooting range, as well as training rooms, small offices and a small apparatus bay. The building has electric heat and an electric water heater, which was replaced in 2011. Natural gas is used at the burn tower, and the gas fired heating element in the separate apparatus bay. The shooting range was not in operation most of 2011. Lighting was updated from incandescent to fluorescent in late 2011. The building size is 7,022 square feet.
